Colored EPDM granules are made from a compound of Virgin EPDM rubber, specialist pigment and UV stabilizers. Blocks of the rubber compound are produced under carefully controlled factory conditions which are then granulated to small, unified crumbs of a definite size (fractional composition) at high speed. Dust is removed at every stage to ensure the finished granules are as clean as possible. Throughout the process, thorough testing ensures that the chemical and physical properties are of consistently high quality.

Advantages

Specifications are 1 to 2 mm and 2 to 4 mm, using pollution-free waste rubber raw materials, with special equipment for manufacturing rubber particles. The results show that the multi edge and multi surface irregular rubber particles are suitable for mixing and matching, the specification and grading standard, the impurity content of fiber and dust is controlled within 1%, and it is blended with resin, curing agent and other raw materials of pavement plastic, and has good bonding property. The products made of this special rubber granule are of moderate elasticity, moderate and moderate appearance, beautiful appearance, conform to the national standard, have moderate elasticity, skid resistance, good water permeability, wear resistance, flame retardance, non-toxic, no radiation, anti-aging and life expectancy.
